White Label is an unlabelled product, which comes with the standard safety CLP labelling in which all of our products do but blank on the product front to apply your own labelling to.

Private Label is your own bespoke labelled product and includes design, print and application of your own labels to the finished product.

Scent samples are purchasable in our full catalogue of house blends, physical products in their ready to ship format are available in select blends. To choose a physical product in a specific blend or style that is not in the ready to ship format, please contact us.

Yes they do, all of our own white label and private label products come with CLP as standard and are legally compliant. Your CLP labels will be provided on label sheets in your order and you can apply these to the products.

Blend names on the CLP’s as standard come as the names on our site however we offer an optional upgrade service for you to add your brand details + blend name on, simply add this to cart and fill out the pop up form with your details and we will do the rest. Upgraded CLP sheets are sold in quantities of 20.

If your deadline is shorter than what our lead times currently are - don’t panic! Pop us an email and we will see what we can do for you.

Please note rush jobs are subject to an additional 10% charge on top of your order value since we have to rush our print jobs which cost us more, but we will always try to accommodate your time frames and do all we can to get your order to you in time!

We always package our items with the upmost care and love possible to ensure they are protected on their journey, however should you receive damaged items the first thing we ask is you to take photos of the damaged packaging, products and list the items that are broken. Items that are damaged are not for re-sale or use under any circumstances as this is a safety concern. We will not ask you to return the damaged goods to us, simply dispose of them and drop us an email with both your order number, images and list of items damaged.

Please report these damages to us within 48 hours. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or replacement for the damaged goods!

Yes, all of our products are manufactured in house in our Manchester based studio. We are proudly British made and committed to small batch manufacture.

We also carry the Made In Britain trademark which celebrates our commitment to British Manufacturing and work with entirely British based businesses (with the exception for bespoke glassware and custom made vessels).

We primarily ship all items at own with our courier UPS and Royal Mail/Parcelforce. Large quantity deliveries over 100kg will be delivered on a pallet or in multiple packages.

No we don’t and heres why: We want our candles to be as natural as possible. Free from parabens, phathlates and any unnecessary toxins and possible carcinogens. Soy wax is perfect as it is, providing not only a soot free burn, but a clean one too. We also don’t think our candles need them as they provide a lovely scent throw as it is and they go through extensive testing to ensure they are the highest quality and strongest smelling possible.

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the product chosen, for our house offering of products the MOQ is clearly listed in the product listing. For anything outside of this, including custom and tailored quotes, the MOQ will vary depending on your customisation required and will be provided at the time of quoting.
